ORDERING, SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP
FAST & FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING! (For all in-store orders online)
I offer Fast & Free Shipping on all my fine jewelry inventory. Plus, I also offer a (Free, 2-Day Shipping) Promo on eligible items! Just look for (Free, 2-Day Shipping) in the item's 'Description Heading' for eligibility. This Promo applies only to domestically shipped orders within the Contiguous United States.
SINGLE & BULK ORDERS WITHIN THE US-
Enjoy fast & free shipping on every order (1-3 items) within the US.
Bulk orders & shipping must be kept a half pound or under for free shipping eligibility. Applies only to domestically shipped orders with the Contiguous United States.
Shipping Methods (United Kingdom, Australia, Alaska, Hawaii & Canada):
-Free Standard Shipping on 1-item per order.
-$20 Flat Shipping for single orders containing 2-3 items. More than 3 items placed for a single order will require an additional $20 per 1-3 additional items for a single order. For example, 4 items placed in a single order will require $40 shipping cost, 7 items... $60, and so forth.
Shipping weigh limit is: 2 lbs. max. Domestically and Internationally.
All Other Countries:
Not eligible for shipping.
All international customers are required to pay any applicable custom fees, duties, or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. These fees are not charged by me, and therefore, cannot be refunded by me. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping expenses will be charged to your original form of payment.
I currently do not ship to Nigeria, and a few other countries. If we are unable to ship to your country with full insurance we will notify you about this issue.
Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom made orders, and items that need to be resized, will take about 5-14 days to ship. Some custom made orders, including Hidalgo rings of sizes other than 6.5 will take 4-8 weeks to ship.
If you need an item by a specific date please notify me. I will do all I can to meet your deadline.
Shipping to an address different than the billing address may delay your order. So please notify your credit card company before making a payment for an item that is being shipped to a different address than your billing address.
For your security, most orders will require signature upon delivery. Please be sure that an adult authorized to sign for your packages is available to sign for the package.
PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL-
For PayPal purchases, I can only ship to the address confirmed on your PayPal account.

If you decide to place an eligible order for pickup, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment to come in. Once your order arrives and is ready for pickup, you will be notified immediately.
ALL jewelry inventory has been Quality Inspected & Passed by the 'American Jewelry Laboratories'.
EASY RETURNS FOR ALL ELIGIBLE ORDERS PLACED IN-STORE ONLY-
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Diamonds and other items that included a Diamond Certificate must be returned with the original Certificate. If the certificate is not included we must deduct $300 per certificate, from the amount being refunded.
NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE ITEMS-
-Appraisals are non-refundable.
-Gift Cards are not returnable.
-Engraved items and Clearance items are not refundable.
-Design-your-own and custom made orders are not refundable, and non-cancellable.
-Contoured wedding bands are not returnable. If you are unsure if a contoured wedding band will match your ring please ask us for assistance or for a refundable sample ring to be shipped to you.
-Orders place for pickup.
PACKAGING AND RETURN COSTS-
Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of the original shipment.
Although we do offer free shipping, we do incur the cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our shipping cost.
THE RETURN PROCESS-
Our simple return policy makes it very easy to return an item. Simply follow the instructions below:
1. Return Authorization Number (RMA): email me at email@example.com or call me at 1-877-219-4455 to let me know that you would like to return your item. I will give you an RMA number. Write the RMA number in the original invoice that I have sent you. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
2. Package Your Return: Safely package the item you are returning, and include all original packaging, the invoice, and collateral material. For security reasons do not write jewelry on the box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
3. Insure your Package: Insuring your package is extremely important. Please also make sure to get a tracking confirmation for your order.
4. Refund: Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will review the item. Upon their approval we will issue a refund within 7 business days in the original payment method, except for wire transfers, which will be refunded with a business check.
Please follow the return instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order. I will refuse receipt of improperly packaged and/or uninsured packages. I will not be responsible for losses or damages during return shipment.
Enjoy a Free, 1-Year Warranty Service Plan on most orders. Other ordering benefits may include a free, extended warranty option. All warranties become valid at the time of your purchase. All purchases made under warranty must be returned to me for services & repairs in order for the warranty to be kept valid. You will be responsible for all other service and repair costs if you decide to take your jewelry to have serviced by another place. If you do take your jewelry to another place to have serviced or repaired, your free warranty period will become invalid. Also, in order for the warranty to remain valid you must keep your jewelry during the period of the warranty plan. Remember... if for any reason you decide to have your jewelry serviced under warranty during the 14-day return trial, the trial period will become invalid and you will not be able to return your jewelry during the trial period. If you placed an order for local pickup and you wish to have your jewelry serviced or repaired, you will need to contact me regarding drop-off for services and repairs during the warranty plan. All warranty plans do not cover silver jewelry unless it contains diamonds.
